Working out at home is tough. There are a ton of distractions and we don't have our normal workout routines. It's just not an environment conducive to exercise. It's important to keep exercising, both for the health effects and for our mental well being. We don't want the Quarantine 15 to turn into the Quarantine 30 or more.
