Do Gratitude - Feel Grateful and thankful for all those things, moments which give you happiness in any form, Thankful to devine, human who give you lots of things, comfort etc,
Surround yourself with positive and high energy people, who uplift you. Have a great support system with people , who are there for you. Don't shy for asking help.
Habit making is not easy but it is effective. Take time, have patience and take actions.
