Dr. Joe Dispenza once shared something about diet that stuck with me. Sure, you can eat super healthy – go vegan, vegetarian, or whatever suits your fancy. But what we eat is just part of the health puzzle. 

Your past trauma, emotional pain, suppressed feelings bubbling under the surface - if those things aren't addressed, all the healthy eating and perfect sleeping routines can't really heal you. It's like trying to clean a wound on the surface while not treating the infection deep inside.

It's not about having a perfect diet or lifestyle. Yes, I go to the gym and eat healthy food, but I won’t lie - I love my burgers and pizzas, too! While I balance my gym routine and love for fast food, I've learned that true well-being goes beyond this. 

Being happy is healthy – for me, it's dancing and speaking, feeling that energy, growing, being surrounded by the right people, and staying positive.

So, if you're dealing with stress, trauma, toxic relationships – you name it – remember, your body feels everything and knows the truth. And you should listen to it and trust it. That's the key to transforming your life.
