Hello and welcome to Designed for Success Podcast.

In this episode titled "Healthy Living - 3 Critical Areas that Contribute to your Success" I shared my thoughts on healthy lifestyle and how it contributes to your quest for greatness.

I have seen a lot of successful people who lost their health along the road of greatness. While success is good, it is meaningless without a sound health.

World Health Organization (WHO) submitted that Health is not only just about avoiding diseases. It is also about physical, mental and social wellbeing.

That is where a lot of people miss it!

Research has it that certain types of behaviour contribute to the development of noncommunicable diseases and early death.

Should that be the case, it means that you can develop healthy behaviours that will impact positively on your lifestyle. That is my goal in this episode.

The three (3) areas I focussed on are:

1. The food you eat
2. Exercise
3. Sleep

If you master these 3 areas, you will be in control of your life and enjoy your accomplishments.
