Healthy Living and Healthy eating goes hand in hand. If you are trying to live a healthy life, you will have to eat healthy and exercise daily. It is so easy to just grab a quick cheap meal outside but sometimes it is better to cook these meals at home because you will have total control of what is being put in it. We have to stay away from fatty meats, processed meats, salts, sugars etc. We have to start substituting our seasonings with herbs and organic seasonings. If we practice this way of cooking we will lose weight and become healthy or it will put us on a path to a healthier life. Also we have to start working out, walking, cycling what have you , at least 4 times a week to keep an active lifestyle. This will help will weight loss and a healthier heart and cuts down the risk of diabetes. I hope this information helps someone today.
