Ten minutes a day is all you need.
Meditation (not the 'Om" variety) is about taking time each day to slow down, stop work and feel calm. Why do most people go to the doctor? Yes, because they are stressed out. They fail to take daily time to rest and rechannel their mind and body for just a few minutes.
Marilyn (night person) and Philip (morning person) talk about the different ways you can take care of yourself during the day. Walking the dog or just getting out in the sun (Vitamin D) are forms of meditation.
So, join us for just twenty minutes and begin your meditation routine today.
