She shares with us her love for mental health counseling, and from her deep well of expertise in DBT (dialectical behavior therapy) and PIVOT relationship coaching. One of the PIVOT tools is to consider interpersonal relationships through the lens of safety instead of love, develop appropriate boundaries, and act accordingly.
