We need to feel every emotion, and, we need to be able to recognize when coping in 'harmful' ways, becomes self-destructive. It is okay to not feel okay, it's also okay to talk about, do not be ashamed or embarrassed. judgement passes everyone in life, and it is never going to stop, it's until you realize in your own mind and keeping a healthy mindset, that judgment doesn't affect you.
