Host Jason spices up the cooking and eating activities with his special guests Chris Jean Pierre and Maurice McCormick of A3 Workout, Inc. Jason met Chris and Maurice at Hempstead High School where they faciliate physical fitness workouts and nurtitional information with the students. 

About Jason

Jason is a student participant of the G.R.I.T after school program at Hempstead High School. This is his second year and 3rd podcast. He is learning how to host, produce, and market using digital platforms. This year he has a support team of music producers, graphic designers for social media marketing. He designed his logo and has designed the graphics for his first two shows.
