Host Tommy Cassell brought in four Medway High seniors who were named Daily News All-Stars for the fall sports season. They are Anna Brewer, Riley Childs, Abby Murphy and Rob Dunne.   Brewer, Murphy and Dunne were all soccer All-Stars while Childs was a volleyball All-Star. Childs also recently hit the 1,000-point milestone for girls basketball.    The four all-stars and Cassell chatted about sports, the awards ceremony with former New England Patriots Sebastian Vollmer, how Brewer and Dunne had both broken their backs like Vollmer but still moved forward with their respective sports. In the last segment, the group goes a little off the rails discussing Childs' childhood crush and more.
