A story went locally viral yesterday here in central Mississippi about a women named Vicki Davis (she also goes by other names) selling dogs under false pretenses of being tea cup versions and pure blooded mini-breeds when they're actually regular version, imbred and being removed from their mothers at 5-6 weeks instead of 12 weeks. We had 3 different victims call in and tell their stories.
