The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of truth and our helper, He knows the truth and will always tell us the truth in prayer. However, there are other voices including our thoughts, conscience, the devil that may tell us contrary things which could lead us into trouble if we follow them. To avoid disaster or falling into the enemy's trap, it is essential we train ourselves to clearly recognise the voice of the Holy Spirit in the place of prayer amidst other voices and follow him.
