In this episode, I share a 20 min heart-centered/energy healing/trauma-sensitive/breath/body awareness guided meditation practice. In this practice, we begin by setting an intention, we then use visualization to help us focus in on the breath, we ground, and we embark on a mindfulness journey together of becoming aware of the mind/body connection to help us feel more ease, centered, calm, peaceful, and aware of the prezent moment.
