In order to love in a dualistic world we first have to learn how to love ourself. We will look at dozens of dualities and talk about how to choose the "good" and not to react thereby ending up with the "bad". Then we will discuss a dozen things that we can do that will increase the amount of time when we can love ourself unconditionally. Remember that life is a school. Our goal is to love ourself as much as possible then to reach out and love others in our life.
