What is that one element? It's HOPE! I don't mean wishful thinking, but true hope.

In this episode I introduce the basis of 4theWilling from the foundational scripture, Mark 12:33 by breaking down the four areas: Heart, Mind, Soul and Body. Focusing on the Heart - where Hope is born - I share the importance of creating hope - an earnest expectation for change and how to do that.
