In this episode (004), I talk with Dr. Deborah Linder, a board certified veterinary nutritionist at Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine about the link between heart disease and grain-free and boutique diets.  We also get into how food allergies and how the belief in possible food allergies led to this finding and ensuing research on heart disease.
