Diabetes, high blood pressure, high blood cholesterol, being over weight & inactivity are all contributors but the good news is...it can be avoided &/or reversed by switching to a plant based (vegan) diet! Remember, cholesterol is ONLY in ANIMAL products. Add aerobics, yoga, dancing, resistance training to your daily routine & you WILL see results.
