I have discovered that the things I should be doing were the product of my rules. Importantly, doing things kept me insulated form the conscious part of me that would have let me discover that there were no rules. It was a long time before I could sit and listen to my inner wisdom. When I listened to my inner wisdom I discovered incredible things....
