Values Clarification Reflection:

  1. Think about a time when you felt the most comfortable, engaged, and purposeful. What was I doing when I felt most in integrity with myself? Focus on behaviors. How was I showing up?
  2. What would I stand up for even if I stood alone?
  3. When did I feel most aligned with my true self?

What are 3-5 core values that were present from above?

Courage Mapping

Draw three concentric circles.

Inner Circle: list core values from the exercise above.

2nd Circle: current imposter fears

3rd Circle: list whole hearted actions

Draw lines to connect a fear to a core value and then see what actions is related to the core value.
