In this episode, I discuss some of the factors around Heart Rate Training for Endurance Athletes!
I believe runners and endurance athletes of all abilities can benefit from utilizing heart rate training and understanding how it can make them more self-aware and help them train a little bit smarter.
It took me 4 years of making errors and not understanding what I was doing to really get a real grasp and understanding of how Heart Rate based training could assist me in my training!
I also ask the question is the MAF method flawed?... It has both benefits but also potential drawbacks!
