I will be taking a hiatus from the show and exploring where and how I want to take my work in the world in 2025 and beyond.

Overcoming Burnout & Winning in the Now 

Eric spent the first half of his life doing what he thought he had to do. Putting his nose down and enduring the grind. But it was never quite enough. Through experiences with triathlon, mountain climbing, owning a dental practice with a team of 20, becoming a pilot, and extensive travel, he learned that what he was searching for wasn’t at the top of the mountain.

A Story of Yoga and Love

Troy was born in Trinidad & Tobago and has lived there for the majority of his life with the exceptions of attending the University Of Tampa, and his regular stints of travel and exploration. During his senior year at university, he participated in a study abroad program called Semester At Sea taking him to fifteen different countries and exposing him to a wealth of cultures and experiences. After graduating from university Troy traversed Costa Rica coast to coast on foot, has spent prolonged periods in silence, and has immersed himself in the study and practice of Yoga. 

With mindful, intentional movements Troy brings an intimate and powerful dimension to today’s yoga class that helps bridge the gap between the pure essence of Yoga, and today’s disconnected world. Michael was born in 1942 in Brooklyn, New York. His father and brother were butchers, so his family ate meat and dairy at least once a day. In 1976 he became interested in Eastern philosophy and became a vegetarian for the next 33 years. Although he felt good most of the time, he would get sick once or twice a year with flu-like symptoms. His brother, who had been a vegan for 20+ years suggested that he give up dairy to see if that was the cause of his illnesses. In 2009 Michael decided to go whole food plant-based eating and has not looked back since. Since making the change to Whole Food Vegan nutrition, Michael and his wife Delia have experienced significant health benefits while discovering a whole new way of looking at the world of nutrition and health.
