Heart Therapy Bonus Hadith: Fasting and Heart Purification
Explanation of the Bonus Hadith from the Heart Therapy Series:
The Messenger salla Allahu alayhi wa sallam said: (The fasting of the Month of Patience and three days from every month removes the contaminants of the heart) reported by al-Bazzar and Ahmad and al-Tabarani and declared to be sahih by al-Albani (Sahih al-Targhib wa al-Tarhib 1032)
قالَ رسول الله ﷺ: (صَوْمُ شَهْرِ الصَّبْرِ وثلاثَةُ أيَّامٍ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ يُذْهِبْنَ وَحَرَ الصَّدْرِ)
رواه البزار وأحمد والطبراني وصححه الألباني (صحيح الترغيب 1032
