Flax Egg
Makes 1 egg equivalent
1 tbsp flax seed powder/meal
3 tbsp water
Whisk ingredients together in a small bowl. Refrigerate at least 15 minutes (or cover and refrigerate overnight), allow it to become  gel-like consistency. After this time, it’s ready to use like eggs in recipes.
