Being a talk show host is powerful because it gives you an opportunity to get your hearts out and put your message out into the world. These days, you no longer have to wait for permission to be able to be a speaker or an author, to be able to stand out and be heard. Talk show maven Raven Blair Davis is passionate about interviews because most of those starting out don’t have a podcast or any recognition, so they borrow that recognition and that credibility from the people they interview and they got to have an amazing platform. Raven talks about the talk show magic and how having a talk show gives you that extra notch on your belt. She adds that talk shows are more than just a telesummit or an occasional broadcast because people are depending on your message to uplift and empower and help them make their breakthroughs. It’s a wonderful feeling to create a platform where we can be heard, but Raven says we have to take responsibility for the messages we put out there.
