Taking Care Of Your Mental Health with Anna Leutbecker
I’m having so much fun bringing you people that I've met who have interesting ideas, interesting agendas, and have a passion for doing what they love. I’ve met a woman that resonated with me and I decided to bring her to you. Her name is Anna Leutbecker and she works full-time as a client relationship manager. She helps plan and sponsor their retirement plans. She is also involved with a direct sales company called Kyani. This is what resonated with me about Anna. She has the passion. She wants to help people achieve a healthier version of themselves. She shares what's called the triangle of health with friends and family. Her goal is to transition from the corporate world to direct sales full-time.

She joined the Polka Dot Powerhouse. It's a wonderful way to help people grow and to allow Anna to increase her circle of influence and her ability to help others. She's also trying to figure out ways to get involved and to help people that are struggling with mental health. She wants to make sure that those people who have mental health issues are getting the proper care and treatment. I want to introduce you all to Anna. Welcome to the show.

Terri, thank you very much.

I'm excited about you for a lot of reasons, but mostly because of your mission. How did you get into what you're doing and what's your mission? Can you talk us through that a little bit?

I've done a lot of direct sales. I was approached by a friend of mine with Kyani a couple of years ago. I started taking the product. I didn't want to get in the business just yet and I wasn't sure about it. I used to get chronic headaches two to three times a week. Every once in a while, they would be migraine-like and completely debilitating. After about six or seven months of starting to take the product, I haven't had a headache for quite a while. That's the only thing that changed. I didn't change my diet in any other way and I hadn't taken Ibuprofen and that was a big win for me. That's when I decided to try and do something different with this particular company in this product.

I know so many people who have migraines and I used to get them, so to know that there's something out there is awesome. You mentioned something about the triangle of health. What does that mean?

The Scientific Advisory Board at Kyani created three unique products. This product is very unique in health and wellness because it's food and plant-based. It's 100% natural and they broke it down into three different products, one being the Sunrise. That's what we take in the morning. Our body is 70% water, so we need a product that will help us absorb those nutrients that are within our bodies. It's water soluble so the bioavailability of the nutrition is 97% to 100%. It is fascinating because of the fact that our body is 70% water and we have that product that geared specifically to the water soluble parts of our body.

People sometimes forget that our bodies are water. Where does your interest in the mental health area come from?
