The podcast will be released on Wednesday 9th September and we are taking a deep dive into how trauma is passed on through the generations. We look at how this effects our self esteem, our mental health, our physical health and our relationships. The hope is by hearing Manpreet reflect on her families story it will help you to draw out the trauma passed on in your own family.

We discuss some really heavy topics like suicide, poor self esteem, body shame, guilt, addictions, relationship troubles and how this often stems from this trauma which we inherit.  

On heart's happiness we discuss the root causes of our pain and when our lives become stuck.  But it is not all doom and gloom,  we also discussing healing , growth and creating a more conscious way of living with not only Manpreet but guests from experts in their fields.
