Today we discover that programmers and employees behind your favorite social media sites have what's referred to as a "heat button." Matt tells us on today's Weird or Wired that these peeps can essentially manipulate what gains more attention on social media versus other things. Sure, sometimes things can happen organically, but nowadays it's usually up to the gatekeepers behind the code. So don't feel bad when your really funny Tweet only gets two likes. 

Emily has been stress eating, and on today's Group Therapy the gang laments their stress eating ways in an effort to help her push through the pain. Unfortunately it probably made things worse since they just discuss all their worst eating habits. Great. Hopefully you can relate.
