Heather Hutchison is a singer/songwriter and author from Vancouver Island. She shares her journey through a major depressive episode, living in Canada and Latin America, and being hospitalized during the pandemic in her book Holding on By Letting Go. As a blind person, she advocates for a more inclusive world.
