Heather’s love of food and wine saw her roped into the Shepparton Festival quite early on, but joining the committee seemed a bit daunting as her calendar was already quite full.

Regardless, she took the plunge and in the second year was the inaugural festival coordinator – a role which she held for about 10 years.
