An eating disorder was a coping mechanism for Heather's survivor's guilt of her brother's death on that day they both suffered a crash head on with a truck. She also shares with us the incredible story of how God has been preparing Heather her entire life to become a nurse.

One of my favorite lessons I learned from Heather is to NEVER neglect the time of preparation that God has for us. He has purposed great things in our life and it's looking back through everything we've endured (good and bad) that have equipped us to the place we are meant to be in this very moment.
