As a teenager, Heather embraced her spirit of adventure and individuality by earning her GED and traveling overseas. During her travels, she discovered her purpose in helping people with international adoption, including assisting her own parents. This unexpected journey led her to establish a non-profit organization, culminating in the creation of an orphanage in Guatemala. An ADHD diagnosis later in life brought her the clarity to thrive and prepare for her next big adventure.
