This week is a bit of a how it started/how it’s going episode with our friend Alix. If you don’t know, Alix is spending 2022 working on better balance in her life, and sharing her experience on the podcast so we can all learn and grow in our own lives. 

In our last conversation, Alix was focused on prioritizing self care during the wild west days of summer as a mom of young kids, when every week is different and life can feel like more of a roller coaster than usual.
