On today’s episode I’m interviewing Heather Tarr, Head Coach of the University of Washington softball program. Heather has done a tremendous job identifying what her program should represent and then passionately pursuing it. I was amazed with not how steadfast she is on maintaining values, but yet how nimble she allows herself to be in how she keeps those values. After speaking with her it’s not surprising how their softball program is consistently a contender on the national stage. In our conversation we discuss
