Members of the Dallas Park and Recreation Board will have to decide how to move forward after recent heavy rains and high winds badly damaged a city park in North Dallas. Dr. Glynn Newman represents the area of Bert Fields Park near Spring Valley and Preston Road on the Park Board. He recently toured damaged areas of the park.
