You made it all the way through.  And now the author takes some time to indicate what a thorough understanding and conviction of the things in this letter should lead you to look like in your daily life.  This series was recorded from home during the pandemic lock down and as a result, while definitely listenable, sometimes the audio quality does suffer a bit.
