This week we are starting in Chapter 4! But we run into something -- the first word of the chapter -- "Therefore,..." which means we should ask, "What's it there for?" !

We take a look back at what the author is trying to remind us and the theme of this week is REST! What did we just go over the last couple of weeks? Anxiety and fear, so naturally we gain REST in Jesus and salvation.
