Another great show featuring Toronto Mike and former TSN and CTV journalist Lisa Bowes.  

We talked about the surging Toronto Raptors, who have won 8 in a row.   We also discussed the Maple Leafs, and how there is no urgency in their play because they're not fighting for a playoff spot.  Mike says "Wake me up when the playoffs begin."  We also talked about the upcoming Super Bowl and some of the wild prop bets available that have nothing to do with the game. 

Lisa Bowes joins us at 35:50 and has a bunch of great stories on what it was like to work for TSN in the early days, and some of the big names she worked alongside.  As well, Lisa discusses the role of women in sports broadcasting and some of the hurdles she faced.    And, her midlife career as an author of the popular children's books series "Lucy Tries Sports".
