Prost to hefeweizen! Josh and John drink some great German hefeweizens. Josh opens the Hofbrauhaus and shares some delicious snacks. His plate included Zapps Voodoo chips, burrata with speck, bacon and cheese brats, and tuxedo cake. John pours the Konig Lugwig weissbier and shares some brats with carmalized onions, pad Thai, and a soft pretzel. They enjoy the history and deliciousness of the beers.
