Growing up with entrepreneurs parents has many advantages (and maybe some pitfalls), through which: learning that failure is part of success journey, never giving up and adopting a "can do"attitude". Heidi advices women and girls to step into their strengths and organisations to welcome entrepreneurs daughters as their employees, as they bring in many skills and capabilities.
