EP海底心內話～要怎摸說拜拜？！

文字分享一下我是怎麼處理離職交接：

-有離職念頭後，先列出離職後的優缺點，做最後的決定確認

-跟主管約會議時間，做正式的告知

-將意願跟決定（正式離職日）以正式書面（email）寄給人事部門與主管

-整理出自己負責的業務，把業務及相關資料放在一個資料夾中，在做好時序後，將業務進行步驟寫出，以確保承接人可以理解，若有檔案連結也一並將連結中提供的資料放入在同一類的資料夾中

-與業務對接人約時間口頭交接並搭配書面文件閱讀，最好在離職一至兩週前，這樣可以保留承接人若有問題可以詢問的時間

-跟其他部門的同仁道別，這樣才不會有業務不清，不知道要找哪個負責人的狀態

-好好再看一下，感受一下過去工作的環境，試著用不同的眼界來珍惜
