Helen McGrath is a fifth-generation Owner and Farm Coordinator of B&T McGrath/Flying M Ranch, a Ventura-County based family-owned farm.

Helen always knew she wanted to go into agriculture, and after graduating college, Helen eventually returned to her family's farming business to re-establish her roots.
