Helen Scott MBE rides in tandem sprint events, as the pilot to a para-athlete (stoker).  With her cycle partners she has won silver and bronze at the Paralympics London 2012 (with Aileen McGlynn).  And took gold breaking a Paralympic record in Rio 2016 (with Sophie Thornhill).  Also with Sophie, she won double gold at the Commonwealth Games 2018.
 With the many glittering medals behind her, Helen is going to be competing with a new partner at the Tokyo Paralympics.
