In this episode my amazing aunt Helen, my NayNay, shares her personal story of growth through restoration. She shares an impactful story of searching for her identity in the midst of trials and encourages others to check their perspective on their life.

Helen is a strong woman of God yet she remains humble by seeking to always become a better version of herself. Despite the tumultuous seasons of torment she has walked through, her faith in God allowed her remain steadfast through it all. Even in her passion for fitness, she strives to be a light to those around her. In my own journey through life, she has been a huge encourager and a constant example of determination.
