Helen Morrison is the fifth generation female owner and face of Frownies.  When she is not making content for social media she's home with her husband of 13 years and their two children.  Helen has been teaching yoga and group fitness for over 14 years and offering private nutrition and fitness coaching for the past seven years. She is passionate about helping people look and feel their best from the inside out!
