Well after a weekend of review bombing and setting twitter on fire the Helldivers 2 PC player base has gotten their wish. Sony has canceled the requirement for a PSN Account to play Helldivers 2 on PC. Most of this video was recorded before PlayStation announced that it was rolled back so many of my thoughts, while still valid, are without the knowledge this had been removed.

Helldivers 2 is a 2024 cooperative third-person shooter game developed by Arrowhead Game Studios and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. The game is the direct sequel to Helldivers, a 2015 top-down shooter. It was released for PlayStation 5 and Windows on 8 February 2024.
