In the 1700s a secret club was formed in Ireland known as the Hellfire Club.   As with any secret club there was a lot of speculation about what actually went on during their meetings.  A common rumor was that they would try and conjure up the devil and even had a place at the table for him should he ever decide to show up.  What could possibly go wrong???
