For the most part this round was mostly long-distance hellos though as the storm shrank, that changed accordingly. There is a fair bit of rotation, but it was mostly contained in the desert region. If you are a fan of combat in the woods or snow, then this may not be the video for you.

I am a big fan of the Deadeye Rifle and the dual shotguns. They work best for my style of play. The sniper rifle this season is one I will always struggle to fit in my inventory if I don’t have a deadeye rifle or dual shotguns. I am not one to carry health or shields as I prefer heavy offense and Hail Mary tactics.

I did revert back to my old ways a bit in grabbing an SUV and using it for more than just mobility. A vehicle makes a great distraction, especially if you can use other obstacles to farther conceal your moves.

All in all, this was a great, fun round of Fortnite for me. That ending caught me off guard too, it was a genuine surprise. The winner of this round played their hand better and to their advantage in a fantastic way. They used concealment and timing to take the win.
