Rachel discusses her background in the wholesale home decor and gift industry, her upbringing and its fork in the road, and her dream to support herself and do work that inspires her. (Is this even a possible dream?) She shares the story of how her gentle approach to sales and business formed and how she learned to be proud of the work she was doing in sales (not always the most popular topic.) Last but not in the least, Rach shares how people were able to see her share her business knowledge without actually having her own business yet and that she unintentionally started her business by not making any sales pitches!
