Her work centers on creating safe, honest spaces for grieving parents and those navigating profound loss, reminding them they do not have to grieve alone.
Michelle is the founder of Whispers of Their Names, a grief support community for parents who have lost children, and the author of the upcoming book Whispers of Their Names, releasing March 14, 2026. Her writing and teachings focus on traumatic grief, nervous system regulation, and learning how to live with love and meaning after devastating loss.
