In the first hour of the show, Abbie Kamin, Houston City Council Member for District C, joins in to discuss what occurred at the public redistricting hearing that took place at the University of Houston on Saturday and what she heard from residents who were there. 

Also, we talk with Nicole Nosek, the founder and chair of Texans for Reasonable Solutions, who discusses their push to make it easier to build affordable homes, streamline local permitting, and expand housing options across the state. 

Then, in the show’s second hour, Dr. Jennifer Orme-Zavaleta of the Environmental Protection Network discusses all the changes to the EPA under the Trump administration. Plus, Save the Children’s Militza Mezquita tells us about the mobile classroom initiative “Collab-Lab.”
